Patented Grease Pak is designed for use with the Nexus wireless transmission drive unit. After the lubricaiton cycle is complete, the Nexus drive unit will automatically reset the pressure plate to return to the full cup position, and a flashing red light will indicate "Replace Grease Pak." In the case of a depleted battery, a flashing single orange light will indicate the need to "Replace the Lithium Battery".

The Nexus wireless transmission drive unit will automatically interconnect operational status information on Easylube® LINK. Managers can conveniently check real-time operating information for each lubrication point through the mobile app, schedule tasks on the calendar, and set reminders for timely execution.

Please adhere to the technical specifications of the automatic lubricator, use original consumables and authorized operating software of Easylube®, to maintain the legal right to use the product.

Easylube® Service Pack - ChooseHow to choose grease specification

When you expect to achieve the required lubrication performance and maintenance level with the lowest possible cost, you must consider key factors such as bearing specifications, operating speeds, and application environments. To help you evaluate these key factors, we provide a specialized selection process and examples of lubrication operation standards. When you input bearing specifications, operating speeds, and application environmental conditions into the MQL calculator of the Easylube® LINK software, it will recommend the appropriate lubricant specifications, the greasing volume for the bearing, and the interval for re-lubrication. With this scientific data, you can easily choose the suitable Easylube® high-performance lubricant on these recommendations.

NX grease cup

The Patented Grease Pak is designed with a pull ring. After lubrication is complete, when the Grease Pak is compressed at the bottom, it is easy for you to take out and replace with a new one. When reassembling the drive unit, please align it with the positioning mark on the piston of the drive unit's pressure plate. Place it in the groove, reassemble, and lock the threaded ring.

NX battery

The new lithium battery design features a patented protective cover that safeguards both positive and negative terminals. It includes voltage measurement capabilities, eliminating the drawbacks of traditional heat-shrink film wrapping. This design improves ease of disassembly, addresses issues related to moisture and heat-shrink film cutting, and minimizes the occurrence of static electricity attraction.
