In order to provide equipment with a lubrication standard for management, the operation of Easylube®'s
automatic lubricator is controlled by AI (Artificial Intelligence). It can provide a fixed volume of
lubricant to the equipment at a fixed time interval according to the lubrication standard. It
eliminates maintenance mistakes caused by manual maintenance and potential danger, and gives the
equipment a lubrication quality warranty.
Based on this, users can proceed with lubrication maintenance work based on MQL calculated by Easylube®'s
TPMS smart software (greasing volume, re-greasing interval and type of grease). During this period of
time, if the equipment malfunctions due to lack of lubricant or other lubrication problems, clients can
apply for a product liability insurance claim.
Claims do not cover the following causes.
1. Equipment aging, material fatigue, centering or mechanical structural problems,
such as grease hole errors, failure to set baffles or shaft seals (including breakage), poor design
of waste outlets, etc.
2. Unauthorized dismantling or remodeling of our lubricators. Including not
following Easylube® TPMS smart software's calculation standard to change the service
packs or not using Easylube®'s service packs.
3. Damaged caused by natural disasters, earthquakes, floods or other unavoidable
4. Attributed to equipment, can't be avoided by either manual greasing or
installing automatic lubricators.
FYI: The product liability insurance is judged by the insurance company, not by Easylube®
